Flesh Crawlers in the Security Stronghold would probably be your best bet for now.

Yea flesh crawlers, then when ur higher stat's then move onto giant spiders in the next stronghold level.

I would do level 27 Minotaurs (level 1 of S.O.S.) or Flesh Crawlers on the 2nd level. You should go to highly populated worlds where people give away free food at the Barbarian Village fishing spot. :)

After you do flesh crawlers and raise your stats a little more, you should try out deadly red spiders in the Varrock dungeon.

or in karamja volcano as you can fish your food at the docks. But i guess that;s for mid level players with the ability to either harpoon tunas or catch lobsters.

I think flesh crawlers would be your best bet but i think u should just get mems for better exp.
